We work to find a lifestyle plan that incorporates fitness, nutrition and mindset into YOUR LIFE instead of vice versa. Your healthy lifestyle plan starts from the time you wake up until you go to bed at night. There are many factors that we work to consider to help create the ideal healthy lifestyle plan that fits into your life.
We work to try to combine all of the following into your healthy lifestyle plan, but each plan is individualized to help you achieve your goals!
☑️Progress and Motivation – We will assess your initial fitness, body measurements and provide continuous feedback throughout your workouts. These will also be re-evaluated every 4 weeks.
☑️Weight Training – Resistance training is the secret ingredient to achieving your fitness goals. Around the age of 25, your metabolism starts to decline. By using resistance training, we will increase that metabolism to help you burn more fat.
☑️Flexibility & Mobility Training – This will help prevent injuries and keep your muscles supple. It also increases your range of motion, reduces or eliminates lower back pain, improves posture, and promotes mental relaxation.
☑️Nutritional Support and Guidance – 80% of your results will come from what you decided to put into your body. We will discuss your current nutrition and decide which changes you need to make to reach your goals.
☑️Mindset Work – Without the proper mindset, your progress may stall or fail. We work to help build up your “I can do this” attitude to help you go further than you would with just a normal workout routine.

Even though I was working out regularly, I wasn’t reaching my goals—and I actually ended up injuring myself from using incorrect form. That’s when I decided to hire a personal trainer, and I’m so glad I found Anastasia!
